1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order through kristicart.com or using a Kristi Cart device, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't place an order.

2. The product

Kristi Cart is a climate-control cartridge intended for use inside a customer-provided wine fridge or similar enclosure. It is sold as a complete unit; we don't sell the wine fridge itself.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure each unit meets our quality standards but provide no guarantee that the product is suitable for any particular use case. Your harvest, cigars, charcuterie, or other contents are your responsibility.

3. Ordering, payment, shipping

• Prices listed on kristicart.com are in US Dollars.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We don't store credit-card information on our servers.
• Orders ship to US addresses only at this time. Tracking number provided via email when the unit leaves.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally delay shipments outside our control.

4. Returns + warranty

5. Acceptable use

Kristi Cart is sold for legal personal use. You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to whatever you store inside your wine fridge. We don't endorse or encourage illegal activity.

6. Firmware + software

Device firmware is provided under an open license (to be specified). Owner-flashable firmware updates are offered as a courtesy; modifying firmware in a way that damages the hardware voids the warranty.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express manufacturer warranty in the Returns Policy, Kristi Cartis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Kristi Cart unit is limited to the amount you paid for that unit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including damage to the contents of your wine fridge.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the site or product constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
